The following Stall Reservation Cancellation Policy will be in place:
- Full refund if cancelled before October 22nd (our increase in stall price date--2 weeks prior to the show)
- 50% refund if cancelled before Nov. 1 (Wednesday before the show),
- No refund if cancelled Nov. 1 or later.

After clicking "continue shopping", PayPal will send you back to this page where you can select a new category to add to your cart. Once all classes/fees have been added, you may checkout with either your own PayPal account or with a debit/credit card.

This payment will count as your stall reservation. You may include a note to indicate if you would like your stalls placed next to another participant, but we do not guarantee preferential stall placement.
Once the pavilion stalls fill, we will begin placing participants in the south barn. Should we receive any cancellations in the pavilion, we will move south barn participants in their place based on order of reservation payment. Thank you.
